Praise the LORD, all nations!
Extol him, all people's!
For great is his steadfast love
Toward us,
and the faithfulness of the
LORD endures forever.
Praise the LORD!

Oh Heart!! Let us rejoice in the LORD always! His mercy is ever before Him!
He has provided and given so much grace. He has protected you and used His staff to discipline you, to lead you back to His flock.
Rejoice! Rejoice always be glad and merry in spirit for He is faithful and steadfast!
Be calm and ponder these things as we sleep O Heart.
